My mouth is full. My hands are covered in juicy meat juices. My taste buds are zinging. I want to just be chained up to this here place. Don't call me. Don't write me. Just leave me alone to eat erry dang thing on this menu and die from a full happy belly. I used to have a cat that scratched me if I walked past when she was eating and disturbed her. Now I know why that was! Cat was like: --RECLAIMING MY TIME!!! Don't talk to me when I'm in my Seis Zone. Keep a wide berth cause I wanna deep with the gastronomic joy. Meat is tender, well seasoned such that it hits those taste buds hard. Seis makes it hard for me to eat other food. It's so good I am tempted eat the napkins when I am done eating. And Lord, those smashed beans. I save the drinks for the end and take it to go cause I don't want that amazing Cochata or the Aguas Frescas (I mix the flavours for more bang) to take up any dedicated food space in my belly. These folks at Seis know how to THROW DOWN. I thank the Universe for putting Seis in my life. Now stop reading and go get you some!!!! Don't forget that fried avocado Taco. Lord have mercy. It's like if Desert and Dinner had a beautiful baby. Have I said too much?
